Looking for a new gaming case but don’t have the cash to throw down for a top of the line?
NZXT has just released their line of Tempest Gaming Chassis that appear to be pretty fully loaded. They’ve got a pretty decent feature list as well:
- Mounting area for dual radiator solution
- Dual Intake, Exhaust, Side, and Rear Fans
- E-ATX Design
- Pre-Drilled cable routing behind motherboard
- Bottom mounted PSU
- 8 HDD dual fan cooled cage
For that low of a price, it seems like it could have a lot of potential. Plus it looks pretty slick as well. If we have a chance to get out hands on one, we’ll post a review up on the site for it.

Here’s a fact for you, even though Japan seems to pump out some of the coolest gadgets and gear in the world, they still manage to find comfort in believing in random miracle trinkets. What appears to be two Japanese women in bra’s is actually a lot more disturbing than it should be.
Those bra’s are laced with tourmaline, a miracle electric stone that can apparently block radiation and improve mood and stress. Not exactly sure where the electric part comes in to play, but this line of underwear dubbed "La-La" is laced with tourmaline in hopes of offering those results to women who just can’t seem to find the time to keep these rocks on them in public.

Artist Paul St George crafted what he calls a Telectroscope in a true Steampunk fashion to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the Brooklyn Bridge. According to George, this device uses his great grandfathers old and forgotten trans-Atlantic tunnel to connect New York City to London, allowing you to see directly from one city to the other.
Trans-Atlantic is apparently secret code for broadband, while Tunnel actually means webcam. Either way it’s a neat looking piece of art and only something that a Steampunk inspired artist could create. You can check this lovely piece of fiction out at Fulton Ferry Landing, Brooklyn, or Tower Bridge, London until June 15th.

Find yourself yelling at your TV because the remote isn’t quite working right or perhaps you can’t even find it? Then maybe you should look into investing in the Toshiba ApriPoko Robot. What appears to be a combination of Squirtle and a microphone is actually capable of handling all your TV functions through voice alone. Apparently, just by using your remote in front of the robot, it will be able to learn your TV’s functions and then handle them without the need for your primitive remote anymore.
Seems to be more of a novelty toy then actually useful. Considering it’s not actually out yet, you’ll have plenty of time to determine if this pokemon looking device has more potential than is currently being displayed.

Talk about Orange Box. This machine, dubbed the Predator, from Acer is looking to be one of the slicker case design gaming systems that have hit the market in quite some time. Alienware has stayed a little too similar with all of their models, so for the gamers out there who decide not to build their own rig (and forgo the ability to overclock their computer as well), this should be at the top of your list.
Considering it’s customizable, the specs are really up to you, but you’ll at least be rocking out with an Intel Quad-Core processor, Blu-Ray Drive, Liquid Cooling System, 4 Swappable SATA drives, and an Nvidia SLI setup.
What, no quad SLI setup?

Apparently over the past month or so, AT&T has gone back and forth on whether or not iPhone users will be able to get free WiFi access to the AT&T hotspots. After their initial post online offering it turned out to be human error, the cell phone giant fumbled over its words and actually revoked the offering.
Turns out however, that the offer is still on the table. Just not right now. AT&T claims they don’t have their system ready to handle the load at this point from all the free iPhone users that would take advantage of this system, so they’ve decided to wait until they do. Now word on when, however.

If you haven’t heard about the Modu yet, clearly you don’t follow the Guinness Book of World Records. Considered to be the worlds lightest and smallest mobile phone, this versatile piece of tech can easily be transformed into a variety of different mobile phones through its patented modu mate.
Looks like the biggest issue with the phone in the Tevami Gadget Review of the product was that all the modu mates cost extra and they really don’t add anything the the most basic of cell phones can already do. Even though it’s a small phone, the cost is really going to be it’s downfall.

Have you ever sat and thought about just how small a text message is and why we pay so much for it? Apparently a group of people feel strongly enough that paying $.20 for 140 characters worth of data is way out of line and have brought forth a class action lawsuit against companies such as AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, Alltel, U.S. Cellular, Cellular South, T-Mobile, and Virgin Mobile.
Apparently the specific focus of what their trying to accomplish is the fact that they get charged for unsolicited text messages and that they are then forced to join a plan which are over priced or pay the individual fee for each of them.

Running for upwards of $70, this fancy little head rest is capable of taking a regular headphone jack line in from any device you want to plug into it. No more worries about you falling asleep with your headphone and strangling yourself like dear old mom always use to warn of. Now you can simply close your eyes and bury your face into the wonderful music coming directly from your speaker. That is, unless you like bad music.
