Have you ever walked through Best Buy and though to yourself, “If only I could take that gorgeous plasma screen tv and crunch it down to fit on my phone”? If you have, please stop reading this blog….

In an effort to enhance AT&T’s Mobility TV Service, companies like Panasonic have been working on low voltage plasma screens for mobile phones. Looking at the picture, it’s not like they’ve decide to put it into a PDA or anything useful. Instead they decided to use the screen in what looks very similar to those free phones we all know and hate. Wouldn’t this screen have worked a lot better on a product like, oh, I don’t know, an iPhone?

Maybe Verizon will actually use the technology for something useful.
