It looks like Alienware wasn’t the only one to be showing off a large curved DLP screen at CES. NEC had their very own CRVD-42DWX+ that supports 2880×900 and which looked almost the same as Alienware’s product. We have a sneaking suspicion that Ostendotech had a hand in creating both for two companies. Looks like there may be some heavy competition already in this area. Unfortunately for NEC many people didn’t even notice that they had one, leaving Alienware to steal the spotlight.
